Ply lining a vehicle effectively increases its durability, reducing wear and tear, therefore increasing its useful life and residual value.

To ensure consistently high quality, we only use WPB grade plywood, 6mm for side walls and door panels, and 12mm for the floors and wheel boxes.

Bulkheads 
 
Bulkheads are fitted to a vehicle to seperate the driver cabin and the contents of the vehicle, with the added benefit of providing improved security for valuable contents.

We manufacture plywood bulkheads using 12mm plywood, to a contoured design so as to allow full driver's seat movement.

We also supply and fit steel bulkheads. These are powder coated in black or white, and are available in a solid or punched finish.
